Further Your Clinical Training
Take your clinical training to the next level at The Well of Life Center for Holistic Healthcare.
Our learning experiences are an opportunity to grow upon the certification that you have already obtained, or are in the process of, and set you up to be a successful natural health care practitioner. If you are looking to take your training to the next level, become proficient in execution, sharpen your objective and subjective skills in observation, and learn to think critically, any and all of these programs will offer that.
Length of time in any of our programs will be based on your goals and the attainment and proficiency of your skill. The goal is to be able to execute the skill of muscle testing to such a level that the trainee will have the certainty that any problem they come up against in any relationship with a client will be easily navigable.
Training
Training opportunities are reserved for those that are not apprenticing or working at the Well of Life. This is available with our Senior Clinician, Level 2 ART practitioner and trainer, Victoria Fisher, RN. Victoria has and continues to be mentored under Cynthia and has been a part of the Well for 9 years. This is available to outside Practitioners at a rate of $50 an hour.
Trainee must have or be in the process of obtaining a certification from an outside agency such as NTP, IIN, Ulan, Klinghardt, etc.
Apprentice
Apprenticeship opportunities are reserved for those that desire a future with the Well of Life Center. Working in an environment where you are not only learning this skill but observing and learning how to apply it will be key to becoming a successful practitioner. Apprentices commit to a minimum of one year of working at the Well of Life at a rate of pay of $10.00 per hour. Apprentices thoroughly learn the role of Clinical Assistant and then will assist in the room with a Practitioner a minimum of 20 hours per week gaining valuable experience in the room, learning how we operate as a company and a team, writing protocols, and observing our Practitioners.
Once the Apprentice has mastered the role of Clinical Assistant (generally a few months), they will then begin Clinical training with Clinical Trainer and Senior Clinician Victoria Fisher on a weekly basis for a minimum of 4 hours per week in addition to their 20 hours of Clinical Assisting. This time will be mutually decided upon between the apprentice and the availability of the Trainer and will continue until the Trainer feels they are ready to begin their Clinical Fellowship.
Apprentice must have or be in the process of obtaining a certification from an outside agency such as NTP, IIN, Ulan, Klinghardt, etc.
Fellowship
Clinical Fellowship opportunities are reserved for those that have completed their Apprenticeship with the Well of Life and are advancing to the stage of mastering their skill under the watchful eye of our Senior Clinician, Victoria Fisher, and Mentor, Cynthia Hofmann-Coale. During the Fellowship, you will be seeing your own clients and working with our marketing team to grow your clientele list.
Your trainer will review protocols and be available to consult during your practice hours. Outside of your practice hours, you will continue to have one-on-one time with your trainer and also be fulfilling the client advocate role.
