HOW IT WORKS
What to Expect
First Session
Length of Session:
1 hour and 15 minutes
15-20 Minute Introduction:
We’ll begin with a supportive conversation to understand your current experience and what you’d like to gain from breathwork. During this time, we’ll also go over the circular breathing technique, discuss what you may feel or experience during the session, and address any questions or concerns you may have to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. This time is also used to explain the breathwork technique and prepare you for the sensations or experiences that may arise during the session.

Guided Circular Breathwork Practice (30-35 minutes, set to music):
You will be gently guided through a rhythmic circular breathwork practice, designed to help you release stored stress, ease emotional tension, and bring clarity to the mind. Accompanied by music, this immersive experience encourages awareness, allowing you to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
Integration & Reflection:
After the breathwork session, we take time to gently transition back, process insights, and reflect on your experience. This is a sacred space where you can explore any emotions, thoughts, or sensations that surfaced during the session. You will have the opportunity to discuss anything that came up, journal your thoughts, and receive guidance on how to continue integrating your experience into daily life.
Follow-up Sessions
Length of Session:

What to Expect:
The breathing portion will gradually extend to 40-45 minutes based on your comfort and readiness. This allows for a deeper experience, helping you further integrate breathwork into your healing journey at a pace that feels right for you.

Nicola’s Story
Hi!! I’m Nicola, a Certified Trauma-Informed Introspective Breathwork Therapy (IBT) Facilitator, and I am so excited to bring this powerful healing practice to The Well of Life Center!
Breathwork completely changed my life. For years, I struggled with addiction to drugs and alcohol, using substances to numb pain and escape emotions I didn’t know how to face. No matter what I tried, something always felt missing—until I discovered breathwork. Through this practice, I found relief, clarity, and a deep sense of peace I never thought possible. It helped me break free from limiting beliefs, release stored trauma, and reconnect with my mind, body, and spirit in a way that nothing else had before.
But most importantly, breathwork deepened my relationship with God in ways I never expected.
Breathwork became the bridge that allowed me to reconnect with myself, my faith, and God’s presence in a profound way. With every conscious breath, I was reminded that He was always with me—guiding, renewing, and sustaining me. It was through breathwork that I truly learned to surrender, heal, and step into the life He had always intended for me.
