Eat Well, Be Well

Eating nutritious, balanced meals is a key part of the healing that takes place within your body, and the Well of Life Center has always made it a priority to help you expand and improve your healthy cooking skills and techniques. Our goal is to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible for you as you work to keep yourself and your family healthy.

In the past, we have offered different opportunities to help you in this endeavor, including cooking classes, meal planning programs, and more. Now, with the abundance of great cooking shows and Paleo, gluten-free, and whole-food recipes and instructional videos available online and on TV, we find these services are not as necessary for us to offer.

In order to best evaluate the changing needs and desires of our clients, we are, at this time, no longer hosting cooking classes or lectures, or offering our iPLAN meal planning service. We hope to use this time to find new and exciting ways to expand our cooking department! During this time, we will be asking for your help in determining how we may best serve you. We would love to hear what you are looking for from our cooking department, and what sort of services you would like to see us offer. Please contact us to let us know your thoughts and needs!
